Made With Intention
he Bardot Collection was built on a belief that extraordinary jewellery and ethical choices are not in conflict. Every decision made in the creation of each piece — from the stone to the setting to the box it arrives in — reflects that belief without compromise.
The Stones
Every precious stone in The Bardot Collection is laboratory-grown. This is not a concession — it is a considered first choice.
Laboratory-grown rubies, emeralds, sapphires, tanzanites, and aquamarines are created in controlled conditions that replicate the geological process without the environmental and human cost of extraction. The result is a stone with the same chemical composition, the same optical properties, and the same physical characteristics as a mined stone — but with exceptional clarity and depth of colour that mining cannot reliably achieve at 16 carats.
No land disturbed. No communities displaced. No compromise on quality. A stone chosen because it is extraordinary, not despite how it was made.
The Metals
Every piece in The Collection is set in recrafted platinum or 18ct gold — fine metals given a second life. Platinum and gold are among the most recyclable materials on earth. Recrafted metals carry the same hallmark, the same quality, and the same durability as newly mined equivalents. They carry something else too — a history, and a decision that nothing needed to be taken from the earth to make something beautiful.
All pieces are hallmarked in the United Kingdom, in accordance with British assay standards.
The Presentation
The experience of receiving a piece from The Bardot Collection is designed to feel considered at every level. Each ring arrives in a walnut presentation box lined with sustainable cashmere — materials chosen for their warmth, their tactility, and their own capacity to age beautifully. Outer packaging is recyclable and debossed. Nothing is surplus. Nothing is wasted.
The Authentication
Every piece is independently assessed and valued by a jeweller holding dual qualifications from the Gemological Institute of America and the Gemmological Association of Great Britain — two of the most respected gemological bodies in the world. Full valuation documentation is provided with each ring, for the wearer's confidence and for insurance purposes.
This is not standard practice in the industry. At The Bardot Collection it is non-negotiable.
The Intention
Conscious choices and exquisite design can coexist completely. The Bardot Collection exists as proof of that — a collection of large-carat precious stone rings, made in the United Kingdom, that honour both the woman who wears them and the world from which their inspiration was drawn.
Each piece is available through private appointment. Enquiries are welcomed at Atelier@TheBardotCollection.com or through thebardotcollection.com.
