Returns & Exchanges — The Bardot Collection

We hope you fall in love with your piece the moment it arrives.

If it’s not quite right, we offer a simple and reassuring return service, handled with the same care we put into every creation.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

This sits alongside your statutory 14-day right to cancel for UK and EU customers purchasing online.

Eligibility

To ensure every returned piece remains in perfect condition for its next home, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused, with all tags and seals intact.
  • In the original presentation and outer packaging — including ring boxes, pouches, inserts, and any authenticity certificates.
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email Atelier@TheBardotCollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you a prepaid return shipping label (for UK customers) along with step-by-step instructions.
  3. Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided.
    Parcels sent without prior authorisation unfortunately can’t be accepted.

Return shipping

  • UK returns: We provide a prepaid, insured return label for your convenience.
  • International returns: Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different size or style, simply mention this when requesting your return.

We’ll set aside your chosen piece (subject to availability) and dispatch it once your original is received and approved.

Alternatively, you can place a new order immediately and we’ll refund the first purchase once it’s returned.

Damages & issues

Every piece from The Bardot Collection is inspected with meticulous care before dispatch.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email Atelier@TheBardotCollection.comwith photographs within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll prioritise a replacement or full remedy straight away.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Made-to-order or personalised items (including engraved or custom-sized pieces), unless faulty.
  • Gift cards.

UK / EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships within the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Please notify us by email, then return the item within 14 days of cancellation.

Returned items must meet the eligibility conditions above.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Atelier@TheBardotCollection.com and we’ll trace it immediately.
