Lead time
Because each design is made or prepared to order, please allow approximately 15 business days from confirmation of your purchase to dispatch.
We’ll stay in touch during this time to keep you informed of your piece’s progress and delivery timeline.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive full tracking details by email, and your parcel will require a signature upon delivery.

We’re delighted to offer complimentary tracked & signed delivery on all orders worldwide.

Delays or issues
While every order is dispatched using insured, tracked couriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events.
Should your parcel be delayed, held, or appear damaged, please email Atelier@TheBardotCollection.com — we’ll assist immediately in tracing and resolving any issue.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel shows any signs of damage upon arrival, please photograph the packaging and contents within 48 hours and contact us at Atelier@TheBardotCollection.com.
We’ll coordinate a replacement or refund where appropriate.
